Weekend Fun!

This weekend was very fun, Brady's personality is really starting to show. He is very happy and loves to be held. He tries to mimic facial expressions and loves singing. Ev keeps sticking his tongue out at Brady and Brady seems to understand and moves his tongue. It is adorable.
Brady is very active, when he lays on his back he is always moving; kicking both feet, bending his knees, waving his arms and turning his head from side to side. He is just beginning to understand the benefits of laying on his tummy. He will hold his head up for about a minute and look around before he starts yelling. As you can see in the picture below, he enjoys reading already.

Tonight in the bathtub, Brady started splashing. He used his right hand to continuously slap the water and he was kicking his feet. Usually, he relaxes in the bath. This time, I had to keep my hand on him so he wouldn't fall over. It was great!

The weather was so nice this weekend that we were able to use the stroller and take Maddie for a walk each day. Brady stays awake for about five minutes at the start of the stroll, then it's off to sleep in the sunshine.

Here is Brady at 12 weeks! He is a little monkey! He is smiling and laughing all the time now, just not when I have the camera. He talks and squeals and has started reaching for things. He tries to put whatever he has in hands in his mouth and drools on everything.

Brady got to meet his Aunt Holli for the first time on Valentine's Day. He dressed up for the occasion, looking super cute in his carhartt overalls!

We had a very special weekend. We celebrated Great Grandpa Howard's 89th birthday in Moscow.
Great Grandpa bought Brady his first fishing pole! This was their first meeting.
