two kids at the doctor...what was I thinking?

Today I took Brady and Hannah to the doctor for their two year and two month checkups, my oh my, what a morning. Two hours later, I brought two crying, exhausted children home.

Hannah:
14 pounds, 9 oz
24.5 inches

Brady:
33.8 pounds
3 ft tall

Shots were not pleasant for either of them.  :(

At the end of July, we had our family pictures taken at the ranch. MKate Photography did an awesome job! We need to do it again with Hannah. Here are a few of the pictures:

Comparison...

Are these two related? Both pictures were taken at seven weeks, one day old. Hannah skin has a rosier color than Brady's and she is not quite as chubby as Brady was. He had more hair then. I think they have the same nose and chin.

Here are a few recent pictures of Hannah, she is growing up so fast. She's learned to chew on her hands, a possible thumb sucker in the future?? She is awake more during the day, watching the commotion Brady causes. Brady wants her to grow up, he wants to feed her and share his juice.

Leaves...

Brady and I spent part of the afternoon yesterday "working" in the yard while Hannah snoozed. I raked leaves into a pile then Maddie and Brady jumped in the middle. We had a great time!
