Summer Fun!

Brady definitely knows how to enjoy a warm Sunday afternoon!

We started with the slide in the crab pool...
but soon realized it was a little crowded...

much better in the bigger pool!

Garden Update

Our first garden is loving the sunshine! Look at all these radishes!
Here are our peas, they keep growing up and today some flowers bloomed.
I was afraid the corn wasn't doing well but it looks like the sun made a big difference, it has grown at least an inch over the weekend.

Here are the carrots and lettuce.

And my tomatoes, perking up and hopefully making a comeback!

angel baby

This can't be my Brady, this little sweetheart looks way too precious!

my baby...

Brady is spending the week with Grandma and Grandpa in Sandpoint. Yesterday Grandpa took Brady to McDonalds for dinner and to get a hair cut. It looks like they shaved his head. :(

My first harvest!

Note to self, plants need room to grow...thus thinning is required. I sadly began the thinning process in my garden last night only to find this, a beautiful radish ready for harvest! What a wonderful treat! I reluctantly plucked a few small radish starts and a few corn starts hoping to exhilarate the growth of the remaining plants. My fingers are crossed that this radish is a sign of things to come!

Tired Boy...

Mr. Brady usually takes his naps in his crib...however, today the couch seemed perfect!
Brady spent the day with Aunt Lou Lou yesterday, he was very busy showing her everything in our house and leading her around by the hand. I think he wore himself out!
