Could I have a green thumb?

These pink gerbera daisies are my pride and joy! I received the potted plant for my birthday in April and have been nurturing it! Today is has seven blossoms! The bucket it is in matches the shade of pink perfectly! They are so cheerful to look at outside the front door!
Here are some shots of our garden, it amazes me each time I look at it. This is my first garden so everything is a surprise! Here's a picture of our peas:

Here is some of the lettuce next to the carrots. We have an over abundance of lettuce, fresh salad every night!
Here's a shot of the cabbage, green onions, more lettuce and tomatoes. I had to trim some of the cabbage leave as they were shadowing the green onions and the cucumber plants.
Here is Ev's pride and joy, the corn. Next year he only wants to plant corn, he is anxiously awaiting eating homegrown corn later this summer. I'll keep my fingers crossed that we get a few ears!
We are already planning to expand for next summer! I have many more vegetables that I want to try.
